Each activity presents a comprehensive, yet concise overview and reinforcement of key learning points. This approach gives the participant and manager a significant tool to increase their retention and application of the program material, making the program concepts a life long skill.

eLearning Refresher (Participants Only)

This 30 minute multi-media resource provides a comprehensive review of program skills once the participant has completed the initial course work introduction. The Refresher provides a series of interactive exercises that review program content, test recall and require the learner to properly apply course content in specific sales scenarios. The Refresher also contains a tutorial if further skill review is required.
