Web Based Training

Introducing the same skills presented during our live and active training sessions, participants are able to easily navigate through the course content without any time out of the field. This multi-media resource provides a complete introduction of program skills and a series of audio and video prompts which review and demonstrate the application of the program content in the field.

Participants are required to participate in a series of interactive exercises that test their knowledge and application of the skills in their real world setting. In addition, a program review is available to test their ability to retain the skills.

A coaching component is included to assist in the proper application of the skills. This resource also provides a tutorial if the participant is in need of further skill review. This tool enables participants to have access to course content to sustain their learning.
